Digital Repository of Textbooks for Students with Disabilities

This repository is one strategy for addressing the needs of Alberta students who have disabilities relating to accessing print materials. The goal of this repository is to improve access to digital learning resources and reduce the need for school staff to scan individual textbooks. These publisher supplied files also require less editing than scanned files.

The integrated system of school-wide classroom management and individual student support is designed to provide school staff with effective strategies to improve behavioural outcomes in their school.

Boston: Allyn and Bacon. This resource provides a range of learning strategies and study skills for elementary through high school. Detailed descriptions and practice materials are provided. Not all strategies will be appropriate at all ages and it is up to the instructor to choose those appropriate for the students' age and grade.
